We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with any order placed through www.4hairxoxo.com, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

Include your order number in the email subject line (order numbers start with “#”) and provide a brief explanation for your refund request. In most cases, and subject to the guidelines below, your request will be honored.

If an item needs to be returned to 4hairXoxo, return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

If your item arrives damaged or defective and you would like a refund or replacement, contact us at 4hairxoxo@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. Be sure to include your order number in the subject line and attach photo documentation of the damage or defect. We’ll handle the rest.

 

CAN I RETURN MERCHANDISE?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on liquids, tools, or replenishable items. All other items must be unused and in their original packaging, including the plastic bag they arrived in. Thank you for supporting our commitment to product quality and hygiene.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?

You will receive an email confirming your refund within 48 hours of your request. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, either your credit card company or bank.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. If you do not see the refund after this period, contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary.
