International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

We’ll keep you updated via email and send your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can use this number to check the status and estimated delivery date. We ship using multiple carriers for both U.S. and international orders and will provide tracking information once your order is on the way.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

Contact 4hairxoxo@gmail.com immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address.

If your package is undeliverable or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, please let us know whether you’d like it resent or refunded once we receive the returned package. Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable.

My order never arrived / lost or stolen shipment

If your order is lost or stolen, please contact 4hairxoxo@gmail.com. We’ll file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Investigations typically take 5–10 business days.
